which the income and expenditure is to be approved?

6. If the Wholesale Vegetable Market incurs

a liability, e.g. Petrol is supplied by the Asiatic Petroleum Company, Ltd. (Approximately $10,000.00

per month) and the Market does not pay this liabi-

lity, whom does the Asiatic Petroleum Company, Ltd.

Market by a member of the general public, i.e., for

the sale of fertiliser to a farmer; and the farmer

fails to pay, who can sue the farmer?

in-Charge levy a 10% commission on all sales, and

9. If this Organisation is not a Government

Department, on what authority has it been granted

exemption from stamp duty on cheques and receipts
